ヒマラヤ岩塩。



実は
粒子や顆粒だけでなく、そのまま岩塩をカットアウトしたプレートがあります。
約12センチ×12センチ×1センチのスクエアプレートです。



非常に丈夫で頑丈、直接火にかけることも出来るので
そのまま焼肉も可能なんです。

関西の一部高級焼肉店でも使用中です。



今日は鱈の香草オリーブオイル焼に塩を打たないで焼き上げ、乗せました。
熱でとけていく塩の塩梅が最高です＾＾

またお皿の代わりになりますので、
焼き魚やお肉、また昆布〆のお造りとか、前菜をちょっと載せるプレートとして最高です。

食べた後はティッシュでふき取ったり、
または、たわしで擦って水分取って自然乾燥
何度でも使用が出来ます。
火を入れる場合も10回程度も繰り返し使えて、どちらでも経済的
